SAVE YOURSELF!!!!!!!!!

I lived in Environs for 5 months and would never go back. My bath did not work and it took them over a month to send anyone out to fix it. There was so much water damage to most of the cabinets that I couldn't use half of them. Holes in the walls and ceiling were just painted over. The storage space was a big dirt pile with insects everywhere.
The staff at the front desk was of no help. Anytime you asked for anything they would say, "Sure, we'll get right on that." I asked for a copy of the contract I signed and everytime they would say, "The copier is broken" or "I need so-n-so to authorize that."
There was also a surprise inspection on the condu. They sent out a letter the night before they would come into everyones living space and check to see if everything was as clean as they wanted. I had work the next day and so did my fience. They said in the letter that someone needed to be home for the inspection. If they had given the notice earlier I might have gotten the time off. Why are they looking at my dust anyway.
I loved the condu when I looked at it. $600 a month I was quoted. They were also having a Holiday sale. I was not offered the sale price which everyone else in the office was. Then I got a phone call 2 days later that said I quoted you wrong it will be $800 a month. Then I got a cat and the price went up to $950 a month. Then I wanted cable and it went over $1000 a month. Unbelievable I moved out early and was charged a phonominal amount, over $5000.
