Find someplace else to live! The staff here are crooks and will treat you like dirt.
If you are even as much as a day late on rent they will post an eviction notice on your door for all to see.
I had paid my rent, and they still posted this notice and refused to apologize for their mistake.
What's even more infuriating is that when you are late they will not simply charge you $5.00 a day like any other place, but hundreds of dollars! The ethics of the staff at this complex are a disgrace, they must have recruited them from the Enron staff when that company collapsed.
Again, find someplace else to live!!!!

Thank You!! I had a similar experience with the staff over late rent. I was one day late because I thought that I had up to five days after the first of the month to pay rent, and they treated me like pond scum. The manager actually told me that if I could not afford such a nice place then perhaps I should consider moving to a "lower income facility." I make more then she ever will and this is the way that I was treated? Thank you for telling it like it is!
