First off, the staff is not ALL bad. The Leasing girls are all great and really friendly. Jamie was always a big help. But the manager (Carla) is the one that you have to watch out for. She is rude, manipulative, and condescending to both residents and even her own staff! She treats everyone like they own her something. She is one person I always hated talking to because she could give a sh-t less about anybody but her self.

Also, in all reality... yes they do put up late notices the second you don't pay, but it's they're job. The company is in it to make money, just like I'm in my job to make money. So you can't be too harsh on that. Although, I must say, late fees are killer.

As far as the actual homes... I was in a house. It was ok, but it had mice when I moved in. They went away after a while, but it was gross. It was great to have an actual back yard for my dogs. The actual construction of the house wasn't bad. But I did have a friend that lived in the Condo's... watch out for those! You could get a better deal on ANY apartment ANYWHERE! They're old, out dated, and have the TRASHIEST people living in them.

Maintenance... they were rude. Not to mention, I'd request them to come fix something and two weeks later it still wasn't fixed! They have no customer service skills.

And as far as the clubhouse. It LOOKS better now that they remodled it, but it's kind of lame. The fitness center closes at like 10 & I get off work late, so that's just use less.

Bottom line... The neighborhood is ghetto, residents are ghetto, and the manager is the worst person you could ever deal with, I wouldn't wish her on my worst enemy. Save yourself some trouble and rent elsewhere.
