We live on a cul-de-sac where kids don't have much room to play in the yards so the parents watch the kids riding their bikes and playing in case cars are coming..which should be going slow with children at play. Apparantly one of the house keepers who works for the complex almost hit 2 kids today in her car and then decided to come down and pick a fight with the moms outside. We had to call the cops on her and have her cited for harrassment. Pretty sad when Environs can't even keep their employees in check and the Westminster police have to step in. By the way, it was the 3rd call on our block that day...all seperate disturbances. If you like fighting and police showing up all hours of the day and night..move here..otherwise, I'd look for someplace other than a well disguised ghetto. Oh, and another thing..if you are white or let's just say non-Mexican...you won't be welcome here..I wasn't.
