we just went to have a look.

the staff a lady,didnt even bother to offer a seat.

we were left standing and staring at her.
she just handed a couple of papers and the rest was for us to figure out.
I have never ever met anybody so rude and ridiculous.

there is no way we willl ever think of moving to such a horrid place.
