You must watch your paperwork as the staff is so undertrained and disorganized they will try to give you blank paperwork to sign and fill in the blanks. What they say, you have better gotten in writting because they will deny it. The maintenance staff is good when they get your job orders, however you have to ask 3 or 4 times and even then complain to the manager a couple of times before they will open a ticket or write it in their job book. However be careful, too many requests for repairs or jobs and your rent will be increased. There are several people who moved out this year because or that. Poor insulation, horrible office staff, don't waste your time. Oh by the way they will try to say the rent is one price but will try and charge you double conessions, termination fees, all of which are illegal in this state.

Actually, repayment of concessions and termination fees are NOT illegal. Check your facts before you spout nonsense on a public forum.

This response was most likely written by a staff member of the environs, or an intern working for Riverstone. I wouldn't be surprised as this is the sort of rudeness that we encounter on a daily basis with them. Also, while their practices may, or may not, be illegal, they are most certainly unethical, immoral and predatory. Allow me to reiterate the above post by saying DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I did live there and I was never handed a blank paper. This moron is just telling lies because he is so miserable with his own life he wants to make everyone's life crap. get over it. As far as the office staff goes I have seen them kinda mean but thats only when they have been talked down to or yelled at by some physco resident that just wants to cause prolbems because they tell him NO or dont like what he/she hears. Like the saying goes treat people the way you want to be treated. You act like an ass expect to be treated like an ass.
