I've lived here for quite some time in one of the townhomes, moving out soon so I felt like I needed to share my adventure a little bit. First of all..the complex was recently bought out..(almost a year ago) so a lot of the staff changed, lots of construction now..and they are doing a few things to fix the area up.

However, the people that were in the main office before the current group were f'ing TERRIBLE. You think they are bad now' Gah..anyway...

My place is overrun by spiders..asked them to send someone over..they still havent. Asked about a few other repairs after my unit FAILED an inspection by the city of westminster, they did the minimum to make it pass, didnt fix anything else.

I live on of the "private" streets that is a dead end..they went out of their way to prove a point and tow my girls car before they actually painted the areas and put up no parking signs all over. Its retarded..but now, they dont seem to have any problem with the illegal parking'

Anyway, the places are quiet enuf, and its not a terrible place to live, but the area has went in the toilet the last few years, and considering some of the newer and more affordable living in the westminster area..I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

Barking dogs are also TERRIBLE in some areas if you live near the single family homes..cant tell you how many times I've had to call animal control and the police over the years.

In short..look elsewhere..its been a "reasonable" place to live..but barely and the crew in the leasing office now is pathetic.

Just wanted to ask what was the address of your town home. We are looking at one that is on the dead end street. I think it's like 29c or something like that. You said that the new staff is still as worse as the old?? Would greatly appreciate your responce asap. thanks!

Not really comfortable with that since we still have a bit left on our lease. There are 2 culdesac streets in this place, not sure if one side is any better than the other.
