I have to say I am shocked that people of this level of competency could possibly be hired to work in an environment where one must deal with the public on a regular basis. "Nice" is really the most important attribute for a leasing agent and that is still something greatly lacking at the Environs.

Instead of seeing their renters as customers they would like to keep, they speak to them as if they are their adversaries. Not sure what they expect to accomplish with this attitude but once the new company took over we were all hoping things would get better at the front office.

They absolutely have NOT.
