I have lived in this community for just over a year now and I can't wait until me lease is up. When you have a problem with any maintence issue, they do everything half way. They never shovel the snow and get the ice off of the stairs. I have fallen myself and have felt it necessary to help an elderly woman down the stairs so she would not slip and fall. I would consider looking else where if I were you!!

I slipped on ice on the stairs here too...normally I would accept that it is entirely my fault as ice is an act of nature; however, this ice was caused by one of their employees dribbling water out of a hose from cleaning a carpet in an apartment. Yes, I should have noticed there was a thin strip of ice running down the stairs, but I did not. I slipped while holding my two month old daughter in her carrier. She flipped all the way down the stairs, and I had a seriously sprained ankle...both required a hospital visit. The management did absolutely nothing. That's not to say there were not positives to living here - I did enjoy quite a bit of it and did not encounter some of the issues that some people have. Just be aware of what you are getting into when renting here, or anywhere else really!
