Do Not Live Here!!!!!!!

This is the worst community I have ever lived in by far!
The management is down right rude, confrentational and completely unhelpful. They act more like wardens at a prison then management of an apartment that I pay for! I would never recommend this community and can't wait to move out.
The inside of the apartment is fairly nice but is ruined by the negative feel surrounding the community. Parking is an absolute nightmare. You do not get an assigned parking space, you have to pay extra to have one. However, if you do not pay for a spot it is impossible to find one. There are more handicap spots than available free parking. They do not have any unloading areas for when you move in or are unloading groceries. You have to end up parking in a handicap spot to unload and then they tow your vehicle right away.
The maintenece men are also rude and treatening. I was actually chased down by one of the maintenence men after filing a complaint with the manager about him. The management, of course, did nothing about this and again was very rude to me and tried to make it out to be my fault.
This community is so poorly run that every tenent I've spoke with is moving out at the end of their lease, due to the same problems that I have had.
If you're think of living here, don't. If you don't take my word for it, then I recommend driving around the community and asking a present tenent their opinion.

I completely agree with this review. The Management has been extremely rude. The maintenance staff is completely unprofessional. They have also lost one of my rent payments, and are still trying to charge me for it. The layout of the apartment is ok, exept there isn't any coat closets, storage space, parking, and the carpet is so rough, you have to wear shoes or your socks will wear through in a matter of time. If you live on the top floor the expect the pilot light on the water heater to go out everytime it's windy outside. The leasing office cannot repair it permanently so I brought in a professional HVAC Engineer to take a look at it, and it is caused by short pipes that ventilate out the roof. The maintenance solution was to duct tape a piece of card board to the inside of the door where the ventilation is. Short term fix, and tacky.
