If you're thinking of moving here, don't! There wasn't anything good about them. Honestly, they never got it right. From making repeated mistakes with their own paperwork, to poor maintenance, rude management, no snow removal on sidewalks, problems with heating, plumbing, you name it, it was all bad. They had repeated flooding of apartments from the sprinkler systems being set off, all the hot water fixtures in my apartment went out, the apartment was freezing cold, and I was told it was a "error in construction", but basically, stuck with how it was. Maintentance failed to leave reports when they had been there for a call. They don't tell you that they have space heaters in the closet where the water heater is, and you're paying the electric bill for that! Whatever you do, Rent from someone who knows what they're doing, not from them! The best day I had there was the day I moved out.

I agree. The parking is horrible and the noise is even worse. The management is unresponsive and rude when complained to. Not worth the trouble! Find another apartment complex. The old staff was always a help and very easy to deal with.

Hmm... whenever getting a complaint, they did everything I could've thought of. I had some nextdoor neighbors who said they had a loud upstairs neighbor and the staff fully stripped the carpet and put in extra padding, and even offered to transfer them after if they thought it was too loud. I even saw one of the girls in the office go over to their apartment after she got off work to see if she could help or hear the noise. I don't know about you, but that doesn't seem rude or unresponsive to me. And I don't get the parking deal people... I rent a carport. That's what they're there for.
