I've lived here for almost two years...
Parking is absolutely horrendous. First off, over half the available spots are paid parking only (garages, etc.) There are 24 apartments in my building and (I assume) 24 in both buildings across the street--the complex is much bigger than this, however the rest is laid out similarly--all 72 apartments must share maybe 20 available spots! If you get home after 6pm, good luck. Pack a snack for the walk to your apt. from your car and women, carry mace.
There are weird pipes poking down from the ceiling above everyone's showers. I asked maintenance about them once and was told they were drainage pipes set up in case the upstairs tub or toilet overflowed! They didn't help when my bathroom ceiling twice almost collapsed from pooling water (a slight exaggeration...slight). Also, if they're from the apt. above, why does the top floor have them'
Yes, my rent has stayed the same over these two years, but the price of new rentals has dropped! When resigning, it would be nice to get the same discount new tenants get, you know'
A note on the new management...
One of the reasons we resigned was because of the old management... we found them very kind, friendly, etc. They also did a good job of regulating tenents, no teens in the hottub after 10pm, no loud parties, no broken beer bottles in the street... this is not the situation anymore.
The new property manager is a very rude woman who's sympathy appears so fake, I believe it must be her intention to convey indifference. This is a renters market lady, the very new complex right down the street was giving away iPODs with each rental for Christ sake. You should work to keep the few tenants you have... especially those that have paid their rent for two years.
We are breaking are lease to get away from here.

I've lived here since March and I agree with the parking, so I rent a space. But I think it's a good place to live. PS The Manager is Marc Trerotola. Maybe you should speak to him if you have an issue you'd like to be resolved and someone in the office hasn't been helpful. :)
