I have read some of the negative comments and just wanted to say that we have not experienced any of the negative problems stated in the other reviews. We have never had a parking problem, the noise is not too bad (we do have a noisy neighbor upstairs, but that is to be expected when you are on the second floor). The office staff has been great, much better than our previous community (The Vintage at Hyland Hills, which I would not recommend to my worst enemy). Overall, we haven't had any problems. We will probably buy a house when this lease is up or we would definately resign our lease.
