So needless to say, I do not feel this is a good place to live at all. Like other reviews, we moved in because it was cheap. It came to $619/month for a 1 bed apt with cat. But I dont think it was actually worth the price. We stayed in Apt 101-C.

Well, let's start with the best. This problem I am sure tops off all the other problems listed in these reviews. I remember one night we were woken up by some weird noise coming from the bathroom. I got up to check it out, and the toilet and tub were full of sewage. Fresh from the entire line of apartments. It overflowed all over the floor flooding our closets, carpet and bedroom. yum. When we told them about this - and you can be sure it was a few seconds later - they said they would have to find out who was at fault for it before they could do anything. They had someone come "clean" it up that afternoon, but all they did was suck it up with like a shop vac. It took at least a week for them to actually get a professional carpet cleaner out there. I dont think I need to elaborate on its overwhelming scent. We slept in the living room that week. BUT WAIT! it gets better. This happened TWO MORE TIMES before we left. Never did we get satisfactory results or any compensation.

The rest were smaller things that were nowhere near as bad but still contributed to the horrible quality of the apartments. The sinks shook when you turn them on, the thermostat never worked properly, our neighbor - 103-C - smoked alot of marijuana and it came in our bathroom window (which we left open for air circulation because the thermostat did not work), when the wind blew, we had to lean something against the door otherwise it would make a loud high-pitched noise as the wind tunneled through the walkway, residents threw trash around, same neighbor listened to music and watched tv really loud late at night, elevator was just outside our apt and was really noisy, big stains (blood') on the bedroom carpet, shower head way too low (unless you are 5' of shorter), between 3 bars, employees were seldom helpful, stalkers, vandalism...

I'm sure the list goes on, but it was not a memory I wish to keep. I am sure that if no other review conviced you to stay away from these apartments, this one had better do the job. Enjoy your stay somewhere else.
