GET A "CRIME STATS REPORT" FROM WESTMINSTER POLICE DEPARTMENT, if you want to skip reading all this. IT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN BIASED REVIEWS. You will see car theft once a month and lots of petty theft(less than $500 theft). Lied to about the apartments at time of signing lease, lied to when my car was stolen, not surprised last night when my wife's underwear was stolen. The one good thing at this place is the current manager does try to resolve all issues she can, most issues are not within this. *******Update: Has new manager, have not dealt with her yet.

Wouldn't be so bad, but for the quality of people living here. If your child is screaming over and over for half an hour as a game, and you are not bothered by that even while on the phone, something is wrong. I'm not gripping that kids are yelling and having fun. Screaming means, "Help!" I went to see what the matter was and the mother was chatting on the phone and watching her kids. Does this make sense' point is there is noise with the exception of about 4-6 hours early morning, say midnight to 6 or so, depends when the kids pass out.

There is soooo much to write about here. And none of it is good. We will be free soon. So glad of it! I don't even like dealing with the staff once a month to give them the rent money.


Laura Carol, Westminster PD can provide CRIME STATISTICAL REPORTS FOR FREE. I got one for the past 14 months, so I could look at the crime trend. Very informative. I'd say I will get one for anywhere I move/buy/rent/live. **********Update: Westminster PD charges for this, but worth the money and effort, even though it is a public safety issue.
