Since moving in here the police have been called three times to break up fights in this building alone. Trash is everywhere, elevator is filthy, the snow removal this winter was horrendous. We walked over snow and ice for weeks. The bathroom has had a leak from the upper apartment that has not been repaired. They said it had to dry out first, been months. The elevator was out for three months, a window in the laundry room was broken for months leaving open edges of glass for anyone to get cut on. Then the kids. They run around screaming and playing on the elevator at all hours. Office staff just says to call security. No help there. Stay away from here. I could write for hours.
