Noisy, noisy, noisy. Occasional smell of marijuana and the kids are up until at least 11:00 every night. Cops were called several times to break up a party or to calm people down. The noise of the train is a bit annoying, but you get used to it. At first when I moved in, the management was great, then it went downhill. The management now is very rude and unintelligent, they will tell you anything to get money from you. I ordered a garage and did not receive the key until two weeks later, when it was promised in 24-48 hours, and even then, the key did not work, oh and a month later its still not fixed. Do not rent.
