I am astounded by how much they are charging for rent here!! I have friends that live in much nicer places than this and they pay the same rent or less! Lots of maintinenece problems that take a long time to respond to. The leasing office closes in the middle of the day EVERY DAY for office staff meetings, so you better have some money on your laundry card if you need to do laundry between noon and one o'clock each day. I can't tell you how many times I needed to wash my clothes before I went to work and was unable to do so because I was denied access to the machine that loads money onto the money cards. Even if it is an emergency, they will NOT open the doors to the leasing office during meeting times. That means NO access to the fitness equipment, tv or furniture in there. Also, lots of drunks, unsupervised kids and theft. Management and staff is very unfriendly, so ask for assistance only if it is SUPER important. Otherwise, they want to know what the hell you want and they will try their best to shut you up and get you out of there. This is low-class living that you will pay lots of money for.
