The management is horrible to begin with. The only thing they want to deal with you for is to collect the rent. Anything else is just a bother to them. The apartment was disgustingly dirty when I took possesion. The cleaner was there cleaning when I did the walk through. I tried to ge tthem to clean it again and they would not. I could not believe the dirt.
Then there are the bugs. Roaches and bed bugs. They tell you that insurance will cover you if you get bed bugs, but that is not true. All my furniture has to be replaced. At almost 600.00 for a one bedroom it is not worth it. There are better apartments for less money. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!!!!
