Terrible experience at this apartment complex. I had to call the police on several occasions due to neighbors arguing/fighting and had to ask for bug extermination more than once before it was actually performed. The apartments will have ants and cockroaches regardless of how clean you keep them.
In addition to electric, you will also have to pay utilities to the apartment complex. They did not tell me this until the day I signed the lease.
Make certain you note EVERY little thing wrong with the unit when you move in, otherwise they will charge you for it.
Don't be late on rent payments. The late fees are outrageous.
Parking is OK, although they do need more handicap spaces.
The one upside is that the maintenance staff is very friendly and they do respond quickly.
