I have had nothing but problems with the apartment leasing agents since I moved in. When ever I need maintenance they are no where to be found. When I contacted the leasing agent to tell them that there was a broken light outside my door and that it made me nervous coming into my apartment at night with a dark entry way, they told me that my safety was NOT their concern, and that they get to all maintanence requests on a 1st come, 1st serve basis. It took me over 2 weeks to get that light fixed.

That's just ONE issue of MANY!

I can't wait to get out of this lease!!!! Which by the way they want to charge me $3000 if I break the lease. OUTRAGEOUS!

My windows are drafty, the ceiling above my entry way is leaking through and cracking.
