I have lived here for a couple of months now after looking at apartments all over the area. The office staff and maintenance have been friendly and helpful for whatever issue I have needed them for. The apartments are nice inside and out, and feel safe. The neighbors have all been friendly and respectful. I would recommend the Links to anyone looking for apartments in Westminster. The surrounding neighborhood is also very nice with parks and a jogging path closeby.
