Nice apartments, but over-priced. Current manager is cold, indifferent and unreasonable. Assistant manager is far more pleasant and willing to help out with whatever you have going on. Very noisy if you live right next to 112th. Other people's garage doors are way too loud and disruptive. And if you have a dog, too many days go by before the doggie bags are replenished.
