I had a medium experience here. The parking is terriable and the management was not friendly. There is no where for your guests to park if you are in a back building because there are only like 2 uncovered spots which are almost always taken. Basically the management doesn't care about you once you have signed the lease. I did like my apartment I was lucky to have very few people in my building so noise was not a problem for me but from what I understand that is not the case for people who did have a few neighbors. I was the first person to rent my apartment so everything was clean and when I moved out everything was spotless. The girl below me had a professional cleaning company come clean the carpets and the apartment (it was a great carpet cleaning) the carpet looked great the apt looked great management ACTUALLY CUT UP THE CARPET because they could not see any damage on top but wanted to see if there was under it and there was so they charged her A LOT of money. Who cares if the carpet looks bad underneath if the top is clean and whats underneath isnt coming up' Just be prepared for them to find any reason to keep your deposit. They will find one.

Maintance did fix any problems I had but it usually took a couple days. If the cost was a lot less I would totally recommend them but for the cost.... not worth it. My rent was 1200 for 2 covered parking spots and a 2bd 2ba apt.
