I have lived there 6 months and am moving out after my lease expires at the end of the month. Believe the other negative reviews. Parking is horrific. I live on the 2nd floor with person above me having a dog that begins non-stop pacing/running back and forth at 5:30am during the weekdays and 6:30am on the weekend - rattling the walls and lighting fixtures. Management has been absolutely unwilling to get the noise issue taken care of. Needless to say, I have not gotten any restful sleep since I moved in. Also, if you have a garage underneath, you'll also feel the shake when the door opens. In addition, my apartment does not get any natural sunlight in the kitchen area so during the daylight hours if I want to see in the kitchen or the dining area the lights have to be on. From a maintenance perspective, it is difficult at best to have any repairs done in the apartment. Beware of moving into this place, it might be less expensive than other places but it definitely is not worth it given my experiences. Management definitely needs to have better control over the property. They tend to over promise and under deliver once you have moved in. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
