I received an excellent price for the apartment I got. They were having a huge move in special and I receievd a one bedroom with an attached garage which was wonderful. I could have the guest park right behind my garage.The only problem I had was the weather proofing. Cold air would seep from the door cracks. I could actually see daylight from the door crack. Spent a lot of money for the heating bill and they started to raise the rent on me each time my lease expired. The last raise in rent was enough to put me under and I couldn't afford it anymore. So, I had to move out but other than that it was a great apartment.
