We've lived here for about nine months and we've been really happy. We used to live on the east side of 1-25 in Thornton, and this is a totally different neighborhood. I feel so much safer here! Even my auto insurance rate dropped when I moved over here! Right behind the complex is a trail that connects to open space, which is great if you like to run or have a dog! We live in a 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with an attached garage. The garage has given us so much extra storage space - it's pretty large. Snow removal has been better than most complexes I've lived in. The office ladies are super nice. Depending on where your unit is located parking can sometimes be an issue - for our 2nd car, we rent a carport for $25 a month, then we never have to worry! I highly recommend living here!
