During the leasing process, agents of the community were borderline deceitful. They were obviously willing to tell us what ever we wanted to hear. On two separate occasions, maintenance requests were heard but not completed. Parking at the complex is absolutely horrible, and if you park in the wrong place the property managers will put large, hard to remove stickers on your vehicle. Snow removal is inadequate, as the garage drive ways often form huge sheets of ice making it dangerous to enter and exit your vehicle. Price is fair, but know what your in for before you move in.

The parking is what it is. You know that from the first day you move in but you rent anyway and complain later. I've lived here and found the parking more than adequate. Parking in a fire lane is usually a ticketable offense so be thankful for a sticker (which is placed on your car by Westminster PD) instead of a fine or your car being towed.
By the way genius, the ice sheets are from melting water that refreezes and has nothing to do with the initial snow removal. If you don't ask for ice melt you won't get it.
