This is a self serve property The Property manager ------ is not willing to lift a finger, she is rude and terse and clueless. She often says one thing then does another. Never ever keeps you informed. If you have a question she either lies or tells you she doesn't know or basically leaves it up to you to find the answer. I honestly think she believes she can get away with stuff because of her physical attributes. She sure acts -----. You walk in and ou can see the AIR leaking out of her head.
The place is actually just short of being a dump. The maintenance person for his part tries very hard to keep up. He puts in a good efforts.
And the assistant ------is just wonderful. She tries her best and is willing to go the extra mile. She should be in charge and ------ should be doing the maintenance.
