The last review criticized the office manager, ------, but we have lived here almost 3 years and never had a problem. She has always been kind and helpful. The maintenance staff responds quickly and efficiently. We love the location and grounds and wouldn't live anywhere else. This is the best apartment community I have ever lived in. It is safe, quiet and close to everything. We have great neighbors and the amenities are super. You do a great job, ------. -----, too!

This is obviously one of the staff members. ------ has not been here very long. Maybe its ------ herself posting this?

I lived here two years ago and ------ did work there. One unhappy resident doesn't mean the property is bad. You can't please everyone, so one or two complaints out of a couple hundred units means that 99% of the residents are happy.
