Bad Property Management

This is a self serve property. The Property Manager is clueless! Often responding with "I don't know" and never offering to find out or follow up. This person is deceitful and never follows through with promises made. One thing is said and another thing is done. On top of that the property manager is rude, terse and self involved. Very bad for business. I had considered renewing until the current property manager came on board. The superiors have been notified and will be watching closely. They have empowered me to give them continual feedback, weekly if not daily.
Maintenance is generally efficient and thorough. But they are short staffed. The management assistant is pleasant and willing to go the extra mile.

We completely agree with your assessment of the attitude and actions of the property manager. We have recently tried to contact the higher authorities via telephone and e-mail and have yet to get a response. Perhaps you can offer some guidance and provide the name of someone who will return a call. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
