I enjoyed my stay at the Village. Maintence on the grounds and apartment were well kept, any trash outside was taken care of and the grass was well trimed these are just some examples. The management and maintence team were really nice and willing to help me resolve any problems I had with the apartment; when I needed the toilet and the ice maker fixed they were on it. One thing that they couldn't fix was the heating in one of the room, study room, it was always cold during the winter, they did give me a personal heater to keep the room warm though. Sometimes parking was a problem if you have more than one vehicle or when guests are looking for parking spaces, there was no parking nearby usually have to walk a little distance, good for exercise. As my lease was coming to a close I wanted to stay at the Village but just couldn't afford it without my room-mates. After I did a walk through with the head maintence he said everything was good, there was a little stain on the carpet but he told me it wasn't a major problem and don't worry about it, three weeks later I recieved a bill from management it wasn't too much but I dealth with it. Overall all I was happy with my time at the Village.
