My husband and I lived there for a year with a terrible mold problem. We continually cleaned it (while I was pregnant/had a newborn) and called them about it. The maintenance man came one time when we weren't home with no advance notice and did nothing but leave us a note saying he needed to come back. He never came back. When we moved out they told us we didn't need a move out inspection and then two months later got a bill for EVERYTHING!!! We cleaned the stove, but we were charged for that. We were charged for the carpet which we left in great condition. We even paid to get it cleaned before we moved out so we wouldn't be charged anything. We were charged for blinds when we weren't aware of any blinds that were broken. They even charged us for the mold! I could go on and on.....Anyway, they are absolutely horrible. Good luck to anyone who moves out of these apartments.
