yea i also made the mistake of rushing into the lease. I liked the size of the bedrooms and also the closets yet the kitchen could only hold 2-3 people(1 comfertably!) and also the bathroom with was very unprofessionally fixed up..looks like they were just slopping stuff togather. I hated the parking situation, especially because i didnt get home from work until midnight and I admit I was scared alot of the time. The trash cans were about a mile way(lol) so like someone else said we'd have to put on tha car to drive it to the can. Our hot water heater went out so we were with out hot water for a couple of days, the sink leaked and the dishwasher broke..it also seemed like the apartment was built kind of slanted. The roof was also very nosey(livin on the top floor) and u could call me crazy but I also believe there were sum kind of ghosts that lived in the apt. because the manager said there used to be crackheads living in the apartment we were in, she tells us that after we signed the lease! Ne wayz i recommend to look before u settle in this place..u wont regret it
