The staff and contract itself do not assist the resident. The complex/company is only out to get money from you. Have had several problems from day one and have yet to be repaired. Good neighborhood, but is thought of less with the frustration of complex service. One last thing; How about some security! Have had way to many door-to-door sales men knocking. There should be some sort of service which rids these people from the complex.
