not so good

While I and my husband haven't had the worst of the experiences listed here, we do find the clientele (if I can call it that) dropping in quality. It seems that it has degraded from a "luxury" apartment (yeah, right: everything in it--from the countertops to the carpets--are the crappiest, cheapest kind they can install) into CU Dormitory East. Snow removal was nonexistent (they didn't even respond to requests to plow the %^%^&% driveways), hoards of college kids have moved in and have all night parties in their garages (can you say trailer trash'!), and the office is less and less helpful with each passing day. I once had to place 3 orders over 2 weeks to get a simple drain unplugged. If you want luxury, go somewhere else. The rent is far too high for what you get, especially in this market.
