Not Too Happy

Before move in, they said they would take care of a few maintenance issues, they took way too long to fix them...almost two weeks. They have too high of rents for the market and screw you on your rent, then two days after you sigh your lease, you realize after looking at their website, the rents have dropped $60-$100. The girls in the leasing office are so rude and do not listen to a word you say. I have called several times and they sigh and act like I am an inconvenience. The blonde girl is the ruddest of them all. Then Patricia never has a clue what is going on. It is so frustrating calling there. There are about five maintenance guys there and it always seems to take about two weeks to get anything fixed. It is a nice community but lousy service and too expensive for the area. Maybe they should call other apartments in the area and learn something from them. I hate living there and I am stuck in the lease for a long time. Yes, they do have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee, but it takes longer for you to realize they are a crappy place to live.
