(user photo) Leak Number one in kitchen! (user photo) The mess left behind anfter the hoels were cut for leak one, and yes there are dead rodent skeletons in the mix. (user photo) Leak #2 in the bathroom! (user photo) They had to make more and bigger holes for leak one! this was like this for over a month!

Great place to call home!

We loved living in this quiet community, with great access to Boulder and Downtown Denver. The few maintenance problems we had were solved immediately, and the staff always treated me with respect and courtesy. Also, with their great move-in specials we got a great deal for a beautiful spacious apartment!
