Over priced apartments complemented by an ignorant and extremely rude staff.

My husband and I rented an apartment at the Vintage when we first moved to Colorado. One year later, it is the one decision that we have made since the move that I regret the most. The staff was great until we signed our lease. After that, each person that I dealt with in the office was ignorant and had no desire to help existing residents when problems arose. They sent their staff into our apartment with out giving notice... twice. Our kitchen flooded and they told us it would be 24 hours until someone could come out- my husband had to raise hell to get a maintenance man out that evening. Renewal time came around and they wanted to increase our rent by $95.00 per month- for what- the same space and the same treatment. No thank you. Do your self a favor and do not rent here, you will regret it. g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
