I'd hardly call it luxury living

I moved here when I first moved to Colorado in November of '04. Over the past 2 years I have learned that the leasing staff is really not there to help you. Patricia will help you out anyway she can, but she is the ONLY one that will do you any good. It's true that they will raise your rent each time you sign a new lease, and only give you options for year leases after you sign or will raise your rent even more significantly than on a 12 month. Edwin is a helpful maintenance guy, but Scott', the maintenance manager is a complete jerkoff. He is NOT interested in helping the residents, but is interested in having the most arrogant attitude ever. There are other places around that are less expensive, more helpfiul, and all around much better for the price. I can't wait to move out of here and bid them farewell.
