My husband and I have been renting here for four months and I am willing to pay the 2000 dollar fees and lose our deposits just to get out of here. The staff are horrible, particularly Joni, she's a heartless -----. We had our dog go stay with our grandparents when we first moved in. Our grandfather had a really bad reaction where it put him into the hospital. We brought the dog back for a week and we were going to pay the 400 deposit for her when they told us that they wanted the money now. We had to borrow the money from our grandparents, mind you that our grandfather was still in the hospital. She told us she didn't care, she needed the money by tomorrow. And then we have neighbors that will have sex above our child's room and knock down the pictures and make all kinds of noise. The next afternoon, we will be putting up new frames and the Vintage gets pissed off at us for making noise at 2 pm on a Sunday. Oh! Also if you are trying to save money like we were for a house, forget it! Our water bill is always 65 to 75 dollars every month because the Vintage has their own fees that they put on. I called the water company to ask why our bill was so high, they told us we had been using 300 to 400 gallons less than our previous 3/2 apartment. I hope this helps you in not renting from this place. It was the worst decision my husband and I ever made. I wished we paid the extra 60 a month to resign with our previous apartment.
