I will NOT recommend this place at all.

Most of the facts are stated in everyone's elses reviews:
1) Management is totally inflexable and wants every penny that they can get from you. As an example, when my lease was up, I had no choice but go month to month ( $300 on top of previous rate) because of a possible job relocation (or pay $2000 monthly concessions (another $200 * months occupied)) if I broke a lease.
2) Management leaves a note usually in the late evening before the next day when they are going to do maintenance (works about a 14 hour notice (this includes 10 hours of night)).
2) Appartment is mostly cold during winter because it uses the water heater thats in your apartment. I had run out of heat for 3 separate days in 2006 when the water heater could not keep up the temperature at 70 F.
3) They didn't plow for several days during 2006 winter storm. I was snowed in for 3 days. Pot holes that occured were not fixed for a year.
4) Parking is a nightmare. There are not enough spaces for parking. This forces people to park in front of other peoples garages or along the curbs.
3) Apartment was built with very cheap material. It is maintained with cheaper material so I end up doing my own maintenance.
