If you're seriously considering this place, I'd suggest reading this and several other reviews. You'll find a lot of similarities. Lease particulars and bills of living at this property are all on paper in some form or another, and everything else here I've experienced first hand.

Pros...
- Convenient access to highway 36, and necessities
- Nice outward appearance
- Concessions made on lease agreement based on how long you sign for
- Depending on unit there are mountain and golf course views
- Doors have privacy locks

Cons...
Staff and Costs-
- Staff is disagreeable (fall short in being pleasant, helpful, problem solving, and generally caring about residents beyond signing of lease)
- Do not provide 24 hour notice of inspections
- Lease break conditions are $2,000 plus concessions
- Water bill is at least triple (Vintage bills water through 3rd party to increase price. Average bill [according to billing company] ranges from $60 to $120. These details are not spelled out in lease agreement.)
- Maintanance doesn't always get things done the first time

Safety and Conditions-
- Have witnessed results of 2 car breakins in less than 6 months
- Parking lots have limmited space (if you visit during the day and think parking is reasonable...take a look some time at night) and are poorly if at all plowed after snow
- Poor insulation = increased energy bills during winter
- Poorly constructed = all neighbors activities (including parties, music, walking and even water usage)and hallways are audible from inside
- Poor fixtures (faucets leak, fans squeak, low showerhead pressure)
- Water heaters function poorly (water temp. will fluctuate from freezing cold to scolding hot)
