I lived there 2007-2008

All in the entire apartment was ok... rooms were really small the 2nd bedroom was basically a walk in closet with bathroom....

wile I was there were countless domestic disturbances right out side my door, once night Westminster police busted into my apartment since that were suppose to go to the apartment across from me... that guy was never kick out for his activities... about 2 months later there was a 4hour police stand off with that guy... they will rent to anyone...

That and we had our only entrances concrete ripped up and left there for 2 days... (as seen in picture)

They repaved the parking lot and my Jaguar had to park on the street since I had no access to my grudge wile it was there someone backed into it....

When they entered to change the air filter (without ever notifying my) they left my cabinets open... I know they were looking for stuff t steal...

Everything was falling apart...

My mother s cat stayed with me for 2 days so I got a letter form then demanding the pet rent and deposit or I will be evicted

There is no parking they only have 6-8 spots per 2 building...

The police where there nightly...

This makes me laugh. I had my mothers cat with me as well and got the same letter. Also when they did our air filters I had just bought my husband a really nice expensive lighter with his initials engraved into it and then after the air filters where done we never saw it again. If you aren't out yet I hope you are hanging in there. Otherwise I hope you found another place more suited like we did!
