If you have ever had a minor deflect in your credit - don't waste your time as this is one apartment complex that totally discriminates; even if you are married or have another person on the lease with you, if one of you has anything derogatory - you are both OUT. They will not even consider taking you. The manager doesn't even have the courtesy to speak to you directly - she will hide herself in the back office and send one of the consultants to relay her messages. Shows you what "Customer Service" means to this company.

My Husband and I thought we couldnt rent because of how bad our credit is and we were surprised when the manager said that our credit checked out fine.
