This is a great place to live. Every apartment complex is going to have its issues, but this complex takes care of problems usually within 24 hours, and are always very nice and friendly. You can sometimes hear your neighbors, but only if they are being particularly loud, everyday noise cannot be heard. Parking at night is sometimes tough, but always available, just sometimes a little farther from your apartment, but always in the complex. Grounds are always kept up, and additional cleaning is usually taken care of within 24 hours. Love this place overall, you must check it out before deciding not to live here based on the bad reviews on this site! Ladies...some of the closets are HUGE!! Ours is like a small second bedroom! We could fit a twin size bed in there plus some if we really wanted! The pool is also great and kept up very well.

Parking is NOT always available in the complex. I had to park on the street all the time when I lived there.

Maybe in the area of the complex you lived in this was a problem, but this is not a problem throughout the complex. Parking might be an inconvenience sometimes, but it's not a deal breaker. I pay more attention to the overall quality and comfort (which is good here) than parking convenience. You can always rent a garage if it is a big issue for you.

Must be an employee or someone hired who wrote this "grand" review. When only 25% of the reviews are for this complex, majority rules for a reason.
