Please read reviews of this place before moving here. The office staff is very nice at first (before you sign the lease) soon after they return to their 'normal' rude selves. The price of utilities here are ridiculous. The staff was not forthcoming when I asked about these before signing my lease. Also the pet deposit is excessive. The gym is disgusting- never cleaned and the machines are ancient and don't work. The lovely golf course only leaves your vehicle open to broken car windshields. They've also had several break-ins here in the last year. In addition the Westminster Police like to drive through the parking lots and give tickets. I cannot wait to get out of here.....Don't move here.

Hey idiot, you wouldn't get a ticket unless you were doing something against the law. Complaining about the police coming through and ticketing people has to be one of the most half-assed complaints I've ever heard. Your fault if you get the ticket not the apartment people's fault. I'm glad the police give people like you tickets, maybe then you'll stop being a self-serving fool that makes life difficult for the rest of us. I'm just saying.

...and BTW I love all of these mental midgets who assume every positive comment HAS to be posted by management. Plenty of people are happy with where they live and don't mind commenting on it. I don't even live at the Vintage, which is why I didn't make any comment for or against them. The only comment I had was in regards to your stupidity.
