Pros:
really good price
lots of space
big windows
nice layout
speedy, good maintenance
friendly employees
thick walls, very quiet neighborhood

Cons:
things break a lot
parking is tight
windows and doors are very drafty
appliances are old

So basically, I think living here is pretty great. Its an apartment, so obviously its not that well constructed, but anyone who's lived in apartments before knows that's just how it goes. The important thing is that maintenance always gets here in a timely manner, and its never anything big like, no heat! no electricity!
For an apartment, and for how cheap it is, I really think the Vintage has a lot going for it. The space is huge, they've got lots of amenities, and its by far the nicest thing for the price in this area.
Maybe the bad reviews here prompted them to be better, but we are certainly thinking of renewing our lease.
