This is a well-built and well-managed building of working professionals. The community works hard to keep up the standards of privacy, quiet and respect, with good results. Utilities are kept at a reasonable level and off-street parking is convenient and patrolled. US36 is, indeed, minutes from the property for an easy commute throughout the metro area. It's not that fancy, but clean and quiet, which counts for alot in these days!!
