I have lived here for a few months now and I love it. It is very nice and quiet. The management is very professional and courteous. The rent rates are great!!! The apartment is very clean and has off street parking that is patroled by the Westminster police. The complex is located within minutes of Denver and within half a hour of Boulder. I moved here from New Orleans and did all of my apartment searching over the internet and feel very lucky to have found such a great place to live.

The previous response sounds like a disgruntled neighbor from those nasty townhouses across the street, because not a single review is negative for this place. This review is 100% accurate.
